By opting in to or using the SMS text messaging service from ServingIntel Inc (“ServingIntel,” “we,” “our,” “us”), you accept and agree to these Terms and Conditions. All references to “ServingIntel” refer to ServingIntel Inc, located at 454 Hancock Ave, South Elgin, IL 60177.

Consent to Receive Messages

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS and MMS messages from ServingIntel related to your account, including order confirmations, payment receipts, appointment reminders, service alerts, and account notifications. You also agree to these SMS Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or use of ServingIntel services.

You may receive the following types of messages:

ServingIntel does not charge for messages sent through this service. However, standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.

Opting In

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from ServingIntel through the following methods:

Web sign-up: By entering your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our customer portal, registration page, or account settings
Verbal consent: By providing your phone number and verbal agreement during account setup or over the phone with a ServingIntel representative

• You can text STOP to unsubscribe at any time

Opting Out

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP, QUIT, END, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message from ServingIntel.

After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further texts will be sent from that number. Reply START to resume receiving messages.

Your privacy is important to us. We will not share your mobile opt-in data or consent information with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We may share information with platform providers, telecommunications carriers, and service vendors solely for the purpose of delivering SMS messages.
